The whole speed regulating system is composed of internal feedback motor and internal feedback chopped wave speed regulating device. When in us, the stator winding of internal feedback motor shall be connected with high-voltage power supply of 6KV or 10KV. The speed regulating device is educed in three phases from low-voltage rotor winding, which, firstly, is soft-started through hydraulic resistance. After the required number of revolutions is achieved, the three-phase alternating current will be converted into pulsating direct current by a rectifier, and then it will be processed through a reactor and an IGBT chopper. The chopper is used to lower the duty ratio of the motor (change the rotor current and change revolutions of motor), which makes the direct current of slip power shifted out by rotor form line commutated inverter through TGBT, and then inverted into three-phase alternating current fed back to additional winding of motor for recovery. The inverted three-phase alternating current filters off the ultra harmonics of motor by a reactance filter, and is compensated with power factor of motor by a power condenser, thus achieving the best energy-saving effect.
