Principle of high-voltage internal feedback asynchronous motor:
The internal feedback motor is a wire-wound three-phase asynchronous motor, which is composed of three sets of windings: high-voltage stator winding, low-voltage rotor winding and additional winding of stator. The general model is YRNT series, but its stator has one more set of additional winding, which is also called internal feedback winding, aiming at receiving the slip power shifted out by rotor and feed it back to the internal feedback winding. Add the slip power shifted out by rotor onto the additional winding, the equivalent input power of the stator winding will be balanced out, which thus brings the energy-saving effect on energy recovery. During the speed regulation of the motor in operation, partial power of the rotor is fed back into the internal feedback winding by electric conduction. Omitting the loss, the power gained by the internal feedback winding is equal to the power shifted out by the rotor. Since partial power of rotor is shifted out, the transformed mechanical power is reduced and the rotating speed of motor is lowered, and contrariwise, the condition is reverse. The motor of YR series has no additional winding, so it requires a transformer booster when regulating the speed by internal feedback chopped wave, which is able to feed the slip power from outside back into the motor.
