Overview:
In general auxiliary machines, especially fans and water pumps, it is required to adjust the load during operation no matter the machine set is operated with peak-load or base-load. Besides, the flux of corresponding auxiliary machines shall also be adjusted. The traditional way for adjustment applies baffle plate of air door or valve throttling. Since the primitive way only changes the flow resistance of the passage and the output power of the driving source is not changed, the reactive power is increased and a large amount of electrical energy is wasted. In addition, the fuel and materials are also squandered, which results in high power consumption rate for production and the cost of production is also difficult to be lowered. Moreover, the long use of baffle plate of air door and valve throttling increases the load of electric motor and wastage of pipe network, which brings vibration to air passage, electric motor and water pump, resulting in service life reduction of air passage, electric motor and water pump and unavoidable influence on processing technique and operating quality; therefore, the increase of maintenance, decrease of production and selection of appropriate adjusting way shall be the top priority to the speed adjustment of fan and water pump.
